1. Screenshots and Betting Information

When you use Juice, you provide:

• Screenshots of betting lines from sportsbooks
• Optional text notes (e.g., "I have a 30% profit boost")

Important: These screenshots may contain sensitive information such as betting odds, sportsbook names, and potentially account information if visible in your screenshot. We recommend cropping screenshots to show only the betting lines you want analyzed.

2. Analysis Requests

Your analysis requests (screenshots and text) are temporarily processed to provide you with betting analysis. This includes:

• The betting lines you're analyzing
• Any additional context you provide
• Your analysis mode preference (Better or Faster)

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

Juice does not collect:

• Web search results gathered by OpenAI's tools may include your query

No Other Third Parties

We do not share your information with any other third parties, except:

• As required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights or comply with law enforcement requests

Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage Only

• Chat conversations are stored temporarily in your device's memory while you use the app
• No data is saved when you close the app or start a new analysis
• No cloud backup of your conversations or screenshots

No Persistent Storage

Juice does not:

• Save your analysis history
• Store screenshots on our servers
• Maintain databases of user queries
• Back up conversation data

Each analysis session is completely independent and ephemeral.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

Encryption

• All data transmitted to OpenAI is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• API communications use industry-standard encryption

Limited Data Collection

• We minimize data collection to only what's necessary for analysis
• No user accounts mean no credentials to compromise
• Local-only storage reduces exposure

What You Can Do

To protect your privacy:

• ✓ Crop screenshots to remove unnecessary personal information
• ✓ Avoid including account numbers or balances in screenshots
• ✓ Don't include payment information in notes
• ✓ Review screenshots before uploading

Your Rights and Choices

Photo Library Access

• Juice only accesses photos you explicitly select
• You can revoke photo library access in iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos > Juice

Delete Your Data

• Start a new analysis to clear the current session
• Close the app to remove all locally stored data
• No data is retained on our servers to delete

Opt-Out

• Simply stop using the app to discontinue data processing
• No account deletion process is needed (no accounts exist)

Children's Privacy

Juice is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Legal Gambling Age: Sports betting is subject to legal gambling age restrictions in your jurisdiction (typically 18-21 years old). By using Juice, you confirm you meet the legal age requirements in your location.

Third-Party Services

OpenAI

Juice uses OpenAI's API services. OpenAI's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy:

Sportsbooks

Juice does not integrate with, access, or share data with any sportsbook applications or services. Screenshots you provide are analyzed independently.

International Users

Juice and its services are provided from the United States. If you use Juice from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and sent to OpenAI's servers (which may be located globally).

GDPR (European Users):

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under GDPR:

• Right to deletion (data is ephemeral and not retained)
